• Stay hydrated
We should consume at least 70 ounces (for women) and 100 ounces (for
men) water every day. Water maintains the flow of things inside the
body, prevents constipation, and decreases inflammation. Intake of
carbonated beverages and alcohol increases the risk of dehydration.
• Eat more fruit
We should eat more fruit every day as they contain natural sugars
that help stimulate digestion. Seasonal fruits should be eaten often as
these fruits contain elements which are necessary to stay fit that
season. Apples are good for constipation. Grapes and oranges are good
remedies for diarrhea. You can also have a glass of 100% fruit juice.

Smoking and being around smoke should be avoided right after a meal.
Smoking creates excess air in the stomach and irritates the digestive

Go for a walk after each meal, even a short one. This will help keep
your digestive system fit and it also improves digestive function.

mini-trampoline is any easy way to enhance digestion.

Fiber helps regulate diarrhea and constipation. Soluble fiber is considered quite effective.
• De-stress
Don’t take on too much stress. If you are stressed you should try to
de-stress yourself, yoga and meditation can be very beneficial . Make
sure you get enough sleep.
• Drink green tea

also contains anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and cancer-fighting
properties. If you want to shed some weight, this is a great choice.
• Change your eating habits
This is the most important element we can change. Food should be
properly and thoroughly chewed. Don’t overeat or eat improperly cooked
food. This can result in many digestive problems including stomach ache.
